Company Meeting Brief 

Krysten Shoulders, Human Resources Director, took a few moments to open this quarter’s meeting by reminding everyone of upcoming events that Daman is either hosting or sponsoring employees to participate in. This list includes an Employee Appreciation Cookout, 2019 Sunburst, Daman Golf Outing, and our Company Picnic at the St. Joe County 4H Fair.

Executive Report

2019 is unfolding as projected, reports Dave Mischler, President. We are expecting a much slower growth in 2019 than in 2018, but still growth nonetheless. Custom backlogs doubled in 2018 due to the increase in orders, and so far in 2019 they have decreased by 12%. Delivery times have improved as a result.
